When searching for either a specific title or to find out what books are available on a subject, you should start with the search bar on the Library homepage, or use the Find Books search bar to narrow your results to the book format.

While you will find both ebooks and print books through the Library search bar, you may also choose to locate a specific type of book.

EBOOKS

Ebooks are available 24/7 through Library subscription databases.

To limit your results to ebooks available at Stevens, select Stevens under the "Held By Library" filter and select ebook under the "Format" filter on the lower left. To access an ebook, click the button to "View ebook" and, if prompted, log in using your myStevens username and password.

PRINT BOOKS

To find a print book in the Library, including textbooks and books held on reserve, you will need the book's location and call number.

  • Reserve books and textbooks can be found on the 1st floor at the Circulation Desk.
  • Handbooks and manuals can be found on the spinning bookshelf on the 2nd floor.
  • Circulating and reference books can be found on the 2nd floor.
  • New books can be found on the spinning bookshelf in the Great Hall on the 1st floor.
