We do have a first edition copy of the De Divina from 1509 in our collection. We have also digitized all of the woodcuts in our copy: Da Vinci Woodcuts. I was not able to access the link you sent but there is a big difference in the printed version and the manuscript version of the Campanus Sphere. . I have attached two images of the sphere from the printed version. I can also get you high quality images if you want to use them in the program. You would be able to edit the files as you saw fit for the program. We would just ask for attribution somewhere in the credits.
