For more information on audio or video requests please see the library's web page for Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Services.
There are two (2) methods of ordering audio and video items:
- Using the Online Request Form
- Using the paper Request Form (attached below)
This service is free and delivery time can take up to twelve (12) business days.
You will be notified via e mail when your item has arrived. If you do not pick up the audio or video within five (5) days a second e-mail will be sent to you reminding you that your item is at the circulation desk. If after ten (10) days after the item has arrived and is not picked up the item will be returned to the lending library and you will be charged $5.00 for each item that is not picked up unless you contact us prior to the ten days.
The audio or video will be delivered to you with the due date on the item and should be returned by the due date to avoid being charged and fines/late fees for the item (see below for details).
Please note that we will not obtain the following:
- books that S.C. Williams Library owns
- reference books
- rare or archival materials
