There are two (2) methods of ordering article/documents

  1. Use the Online Article Request Form
  2. Use the paper form

Fees for Document Requests:

  • $10.00 per rush request (1-3 business days)
  • $5.00 for the Publisher Direct Option (see below for more information regarding this option)

The library subsidizes $25.00 per document for regular document requests. For Publisher Direct Option and Rush requests the library will subsidize $30.00. If the document cost is more than what is subsidized by the library than you will be contacted to discuss any additional cost to you prior to us ordering the document you are requesting.

We DO NOT accept ANY requests without the following information:

  • Journal title
  • Article title
  • Volume number
  • Page numbers

Publisher Direct:

If you would like us to purchase a copy of your journal article directly from the publisher you may do so for a fee as listed above. This option is used when patrons need the clearest available pictures, graphs, molecules, cells etc. that might be in the article that you are requesting.
