It's possible that the library has a copy of your textbook, so you may want to check the Library Catalog to find out.

The library doesn't purchase textbooks, but we welcome donations from faculty and students.  We'll place these books in the Textbook Reserve Collection, which is located at the Circulation Services desk.  If you'd like to read one of these books, you can bring your Stevens ID to the Circulation Services desk and ask for the textbook (be sure to bring the title and call number with you).  You will be able to use the textbook inside the library for 2 hours at a time.  You may renew the book for additional hours if you need it.  The textbook cannot leave the library.

It may be possible that your textbook is available as an ebook in one of the library databases.  Search the Library Catalog, and if your book is available online, you can just click on the link that reads "Read this book online" and you'll find the full text of the ebook.
