Many theses and dissertations are available to read through the database ProQuest Central.
Filter your results by selecting Dissertations & Theses under "Source Type". Please note that ProQuest's search results will include theses and dissertations. Add the keyword "Ph.D" in an additional search field to filter for dissertations (e.g. robotics AND Ph.D).

Interlibrary Loan
If you find a thesis or dissertation that is not otherwise available online or through ProQuest, you may submit a request to purchase it through the Interlibrary Loan department.
